Translation: The prayer has been given to Guru Amar Das. The prayer is manifested by Guru Ram Das. The miracle is complete.
More Information: "Normally there is no power in the human, but the power of prayer. And to do prayer, you have to put your mind and body together and then pray from the soul. Ardas Bhaee is a mantra prayer. If you sing it, your mind, body, and soul automatically combine and, without saying what you want, the need of the life is adjusted. That is the beauty of this prayer." - Yogi Bhajan
Ardas Bhaee is a prayer for miracles, said to grant the heart's purest desire, even prayers unknown to you.
Guru Amas Das is the energy of grace and hope (of the hopeless), when there is no hope. Guru Ram Das is the energy of miracles, healings and blessings. Guru Ram Das is known as the King of the Yogis and the Bestower of Blessings (past, present, and future). Ram Das means 'Servant of the Lord.' If you ask something of Guru Ram Das he has to bring it to God for you. Give your worries to Guru Ram Das and let him take them to God.
This mantra calls upon the Third Sikh Guru, Guru Amar Das, and the Fourth Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das, to answer your prayers. The literal meaning of this mantra, in the words of Yogi Bhajan, "The prayer has gone out, Guru Ram Das hears the prayer and Guru Ram Das confirms it and is the true guarantee that it is accepted." So calling upon them guarantees that your prayers will not only reach God's ears, but that your needs will be provided for.
Recommended Version: Ardas Bhaee by Simrit
Musical Notes: This version of the mantra is 8m08s in length, 158 bars long, in 4/4 time. This composition is very meditative, and there is a long intro before the first time the mantra is recited (just shy of the 25th bar). The mantra itself is 15 bars long.
Alternative Version: Ardas Bhaee by Nirinjan Kaur This one is just over 13 minutes long, is also great for meditation, and includes the mantra on the screen.
Meditation: Meditation for Your Life's Needs, by Yogi Bhajan
Note to Students: When reciting this mantra, relax your facial muscles. Let your jaw and tongue do most of the work of pronunciation. This is a slow, meandering, smooth version of the mantra. It's a pleading. Don't worry about what your needs are, the Gurus will know. Trust that they will carry your needs to Gods ears.

Sat Nam! Very inspiring mantra. I learned a lot from your teaching on this, as usual. You're my new number one go to person for all things mantra. Thank you for introducing me to this one. I'll need it tomorrow for the doctor's office. It will be my near companion on the trip.
